Mais on peut la cueillir avec des gants, une attention qu&rsquo;elle m\u00e9rite tellement. Pour att\u00e9nuer la douleur, on peut aussi appliquer une feuille de plantain qu&rsquo;on aura pr\u00e9alablement m\u00e2ch\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Tout le monde sait que de l&rsquo;ortie on fait d&rsquo;admirables soupes. Mais pas seulement&#8230; cuite comme les \u00e9pinards, l&rsquo;ortie est un excellent l\u00e9gume. On peut en faire des pr\u00e9parations accompagnant les p\u00e2tes, des lasagnes, des pestos, des infusions&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;ortie est un l\u00e9gume riche, mais m\u00e9pris\u00e9, que l&rsquo;on a r\u00e9serv\u00e9 aux pauvres en temps de disette.<br \/>Elle est riche en prot\u00e9ines, davantage que le soja. Elle est riche en fer, mais c&rsquo;est aussi une v\u00e9ritable pompe \u00e0 nitrates.
