Curieusement&#8230; je n&rsquo;ai pas de photo.<\/p>\n<p>Les traumatismes que la ville de Bucarest a v\u00e9cu sont l&rsquo;opportunit\u00e9 d&rsquo;audaces architecturales qui laissent
