Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 ouvert en 1961 dans un b\u00e2timent de fi\u00e8re allure, de ceux qui valaient \u00e0 Bucarest la r\u00e9putation de \u00ab\u00a0Paris des Balkans\u00a0\u00bb. Bon&#8230; la Roumanie ne se situe pas dans les Balkans, mais dans les Carpates.<\/p><p>La rue en question a pu porter un autre nom jadis. J&rsquo;ai de la peine \u00e0 trouver des informations actuelles plus pr\u00e9cises sur l&rsquo;endroit.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
