Il faisait chaud en ce d\u00e9but de printemps. Je disposais d&rsquo;une seule journ\u00e9e, d\u00e9j\u00e0 bien entam\u00e9e par le trajet qui m&rsquo;amenait d&rsquo;un village proche de Slobozia, dans le B\u0103r\u0103gan.<\/p><p>Depuis la gare, j&rsquo;ai long\u00e9 la falaise qui surplombe le port. Elle le doit aussi \u00e0 la diversit\u00e9 de sa population, Roumains, Tatars, Turcs, Grecs, Bulgares, Juifs, Roms ou m\u00eame Arm\u00e9niens.<\/p><p>Bien que plus modeste, elle a des similitudes avec Odessa (et des faux airs d&rsquo;Istanbul). Mais Odessa est aujourd&rsquo;hui une belle ville o\u00f9 le patrimoine a \u00e9t\u00e9 restaur\u00e9.<\/p><p>En ce printemps 1990, la ville peinait \u00e0 se r\u00e9veiller, \u00e0 sortir de la l\u00e9thargie o\u00f9 l&rsquo;avait plong\u00e9e le r\u00e9gime communiste. D\u00e9jeuner o\u00f9 m\u00eame se d\u00e9salt\u00e9rer ce midi l\u00e0 \u00e9tait un v\u00e9ritable d\u00e9fi.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
