Il a germ\u00e9 au d\u00e9but de l&rsquo;hiver et \u00e9tait encore l\u00e0 au d\u00e9but du printemps. <br>Il n&rsquo;est pas certain que ce fac\u00e9tieux survive tr\u00e8s longtemps. La ville lui rappellera probablement qu&rsquo;une plante potag\u00e8re est d\u00e9j\u00e0 tol\u00e9r\u00e9e sur un rond-point.
