C&rsquo;est une cit\u00e9 moldave ancienne, lieu d&rsquo;\u00e9change et \u00e0 l&rsquo;histoire riche.<\/p><p>Son patrimoine a \u00e9t\u00e9 ruin\u00e9 par les diff\u00e9rents r\u00e9gimes dictatoriaux qui se sont succ\u00e9d\u00e9s en Roumanie au cours du XXe si\u00e8cle. <br \/>C&rsquo;\u00e9tait devenu une ville banale et triste. Le Guide bleu de 1974 que je portais avec moi, seul guide disponible, achet\u00e9 d&rsquo;occasion, n&rsquo;encourageait pas forc\u00e9ment \u00e0 s&rsquo;y attarder.<\/p><p>Malgr\u00e9 tout nous nous sommes arr\u00eat\u00e9s. Nous avions faim. Nous avions d\u00e9jeun\u00e9 dans un \u00ab\u00a0auto-servire\u00a0\u00bb, un de ces \u00ab\u00a0restaurants\u00a0\u00bb o\u00f9 on faisait la queue pour acheter un plat chaud. <br \/>L&rsquo;endroit n&rsquo;\u00e9tais pas si inhospitalier. Il fallait juste se faire comprendre, et surtout ne pas \u00eatre exigeant sur la qualit\u00e9 de ce qu&rsquo;on mangeait.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
