C&rsquo;est une vaste jardin cher au c\u0153ur des Bucarestois.<br \/>Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 am\u00e9nag\u00e9 progressivement au cours du XIXe si\u00e8cle. D&rsquo;autres jardins existent \u00e0 Bucarest o\u00f9 le voyageur trouvera du repos.<\/p><p>Situ\u00e9 sur une presqu&rsquo;\u00eele du lac, le restaurant \u00ab\u00a0Monte Carlo\u00a0\u00bb, construit par l&rsquo;architecte Ion Mincu avait \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9truit lors de bombardements durant la 2de guerre mondiale. Il fut reconstruit, avec beaucoup moins de classe.<\/p><p>En janvier 1991, devant le restaurant ferm\u00e9, on y vendait des alcools \u00e0 la
