Mais il est vrai qu&rsquo;elle avait cherch\u00e9 \u00e0 Paris un mod\u00e8le urbain qui lui permettrait d&rsquo;\u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme une ville europ\u00e9enne et non plus ottomane.<\/p>\n<p>Mihail Kog\u0103lniceanu, dont la statue tr\u00f4ne au centre de cette place, \u00e9tait un homme d&rsquo;Etat de la seconde moiti\u00e9 du XIXe si\u00e8cle. Homme de culture, il contribua \u00e0 l&rsquo;accession de la Roumanie au rang des \u00ab\u00a0Etats Nations\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Place Kog\u0103lniceanu, il y avait en janvier 1991 un magasin d&rsquo;Etat, \u00ab\u00a0<i>Alimentara\u00a0\u00bb<\/i>&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Ph\u00e9nom\u00e9nale la taille des antennes t\u00e9l\u00e9 sur les immeubles&#8230;<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-33 elementor-top-column
