Dans son histoire, la Roumanie a test\u00e9&nbsp; toutes sortes d&rsquo;organisations politiques sur son territoire. <br>Ecartel\u00e9e entre les empires, les provinces de langue roumaine se battent pour leur unit\u00e9 et leur ind\u00e9pendance. Il est largement soutenu par Napol\u00e9on III, pour prendre en main le destin des provinces unies sous le nom de Carol I, roi de Roumanie.<\/p>\n<p>Carol I aura un profonde influence sur la ville de Bucarest qu&rsquo;il \u00e9l\u00e8ve aux standards europ\u00e9ens et dans laquelle il porte des projets urbanistiques ambitieux.<\/p>\n<p>Durant la p\u00e9riode communiste, le boulevard Carol I se nommait Bd Republicii.<br>Malgr\u00e9 la propagande communiste hostile, et l&rsquo;origine \u00e9trang\u00e8re de la famille royale, l&rsquo;estime de la population roumaine \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9gard de la monarchie demeurait. Ce fut dans les ann\u00e9es 90 une donn\u00e9e politique et affective avec laquelle le pouvoir devait compter.<\/p>\n<p>En 2005, <a href=\"https:\/\/ho-pongo.bzh\/ar-roudouz\/piata-revolutiei-2016\/\">la statue du roi Carol<\/a> a \u00e9t\u00e9 reconstruite sur la place de la R\u00e9volution, de laquelle elle avait \u00e9t\u00e9 supprim\u00e9e en 1947.<\/p>\n<p><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-33
