L&rsquo;actuel boulevard du 21 d\u00e9cembre (Bulevardul 21 d\u00e9cembrie) venait juste d&rsquo;\u00eatre rebaptis\u00e9. <br \/>Cependant, de nombreuses personnes continuaient, par habitude \u00e0 l&rsquo;appeler \u00ab boulevard Lenin \u00bb.<\/p><p>Traversant la ville m\u00e9di\u00e9vale d&rsquo;Est en Ouest, ce boulevard a pu porter d&rsquo;autres noms jadis. <br \/>Il fut nomm\u00e9 Ulita Ungurilor, Kosuth, Marechal Foch (sic), Armata Rosie, Lenin, et m\u00eame 22 D\u00e9cembrie si j&rsquo;en crois ma source.<\/p><p>Ce sont autant de d\u00e9nominations qui donnent une id\u00e9e de l&rsquo;histoire mouvement\u00e9e de Cluj. C&rsquo;est aussi dire que cette voie est capitale dans la circulation urbaine.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b829af7 <br \/>Il faut reconna\u00eetre que la voirie \u00e9tait assez rustique.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cc3c81c n&rsquo;\u00e9taient pas si nombreuses et le mod\u00e8le courant de Dacia respectueux des limites de vitesse impos\u00e9es par la technique et le prix du carburant. <br>Toutefois, passer hors des passages pi\u00e9tons \u00e9tait assez mal vu, dans un pays o\u00f9 la culpabilisation individuelle primait encore sur l&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat commun de la classe dirigeante.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-33 elementor-top-column
