Celui-ci fut amorc\u00e9 par les r\u00e9volutions populaires de 1848, le printemps des peuples, qui vit l&rsquo;\u00e9mergence de nombreuses nations au d\u00e9triment des empires. <\/p>\n<p>En 1990, les rives du fleuve pourtant tr\u00e8s canalis\u00e9es, \u00e9taient encore un lieu de promenade qui donnaient \u00e0 Prague un c\u00f4t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s provincial o\u00f9 il faisait bon
